Roberto Raad grew up in Barrington, Rhode Island. He graduated from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts where he studied at David Mamet's Atlantic Theater program. While in New York, he helped found the sketch comedy troupe "The Latex Bagels."
After moving to Los Angeles, Roberto landed roles on Arliss and in the MTV movie "Spring Break Lawyer." He was also a lead (please forgive him) on "MTV's Undressed." Roberto has appeared in over twenty national commercials, working with directors such as Jason Reitman and Zack Snyder, as well as actor John C. McGinley.
In Los Angeles, Roberto has continued his acting studies at the Beverly Hills Playhouse, and his improv/sketch training at iO West, UCB, Second City, and at ACME Comedy Theater, where he was one of the founding members of the Improv Company "X-Ray."
Roberto is also a stand-up comedian who has performed all over Los Angeles, appearing at clubs such as The Comedy Store and The Improv. He performs regularly at Room 5 with "Whiteboy Comedy." His stand-up comedy garnered him a co-star on the FX show "It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia," where he played a.... wait for it... stand-up comic!
